Welcome Home

Welcome to Temple of Uxbridge Lodge! Established on the 29th of September 1959, our lodge remains as vibrant and strong as it was on day one. We gather regularly at the Uxbridge Masonic Centre for our Lodge of Instruction, where the atmosphere is informal and friendly. Our meetings often start with a chat in the bar beforehand, and it’s not uncommon for the conversations to continue there afterward!

We hold our regular lodge meetings four times a year—in February, April, July, and October (installation). We’re a lively, diverse group with members from all walks of life—builders, drivers, IT wizards, chefs, mechanics, aerospace engineers, and retirees from a variety of professions, including accountants and sign writers. We’re a unique mix, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

What truly sets us apart is the camaraderie we share. We enjoy regular social gatherings, from meals and BBQs to other fun events. We also take an annual weekend getaway, usually in February, for our popular Ladies Festivals.

If you’re looking to visit a lodge, join one, or become a Freemason, look no further than Temple of Uxbridge Lodge. We promise you’ll feel right at home here with us!

Lodge News and Information

Since its inception, the Temple of Uxbridge Lodge has been a beacon of brotherhood and enlightenment.

Here are some news stories worthy of publishing.

TEMPLE OF UXBRIDGE

Royal Arch Chapter

Affectionately called “Chapter,” the Royal Arch is a delightful continuation of Craft Masonry. It’s not a separate degree but rather the joyful completion of the third degree.

As the Book of Constitutions cheerfully explains, “Pure ancient masonry consists of three degrees and no more: the Entered Apprentice, Fellowcraft, and the Master Mason, including the Supreme Order of the Royal Arch. The Royal Arch is an extension, perfectly complementing the preceding Degrees, without being superior or subordinate.”

Master Masons with over four weeks of experience are warmly welcomed to join, where members are fondly known as Companions. We come together in good spirits two or three times a year to celebrate our shared journey.

The Temple of Uxbridge Royal Arch Chapter meets twice a year, in May and November, with the November gathering being our exciting Installation Meeting. It’s open to enthusiastic new members from any lodge, as long as you’ve been a Master Mason for at least four weeks. We’d be thrilled to have you join us!
